SVigio is a free application for your desktop that works to create and edit SVG-type graphics. It includes the possibility to access a preview of your work in the browser, and also includes simple animations.

SVG graphics are well used when constructing flow diagrams, schematics and others similar. SVigio includes a large variety of shapes and arrows to use, different colours, extra utilities ... that let you work on this type of graphics as if you were using a normal and modern editor.
